Teknipure TZ1PCS1-12 TekniZorb® polyester/cellulose nonwoven cleanroom wipers, 12"x12"
Teknipure TZ1PCS1-12 TekniZorb® Polyester-Cellulose Nonwoven Cleanroom Wiper, 12 in x 12 in, Case of 1,500
The Teknipure TZ1PCS1-12 TekniZorb® is a dry, white polyester-cellulose (polycell) nonwoven cleanroom wiper in the larger 12 in x 12 in format, rated for ISO Class 5–8 environments. The 12" size is preferred for wiping larger surfaces — equipment exteriors, workstation surfaces, walls, floors, and pass-through chambers — where the 9" wiper requires more strokes to cover the same area. The polycell nonwoven construction delivers high absorbency for spill control and solvent application, low particle and fiber generation, and excellent chemical compatibility with disinfectants, IPA, and other cleanroom cleaning solutions. Manufactured in ISO-certified facilities with lot traceability for GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> compliance.
Sold in cases of 1,500 wipers (150 wipers/bag, 10 bags/case).

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I use the 12" TekniZorb instead of the 9" size?
The 12 in x 12 in format is the better choice for wiping larger surfaces where coverage efficiency matters — equipment exteriors, workstation surfaces, walls, floors, and pass-through chambers. The larger wiper covers more area per stroke, reducing the number of wipes needed and improving cleaning consistency on flat surfaces. The 9" format is preferred for smaller, more precise cleaning tasks and component-level wiping where the larger size would be unwieldy.
What is the difference between TekniZorb polycell and TekniClean polyester knit wipers?
TekniZorb® (polycell nonwoven) wipers are rated for ISO Class 5–8 and offer higher absorbency, making them well suited for spill control, solvent application, and general surface cleaning. TekniClean® (polyester knit, sealed edge) wipers are rated for ISO Class 2–7 and generate fewer particles, making them the correct choice for more critical cleanroom classifications. For ISO Class 7–8 environments, TekniZorb is the cost-effective standard choice; for ISO Class 5–6, either may be appropriate depending on the task.
Are these wipers compatible with IPA and disinfectants?
Yes. TekniZorb® polycell nonwoven wipers have excellent chemical compatibility with isopropyl alcohol (IPA), sterile water, hydrogen peroxide, quaternary ammonium disinfectants, and most common cleanroom cleaning and disinfecting solutions. Always verify compatibility with your specific chemistry before use in critical applications.
Are these wipers lot traceable for GMP documentation?
Yes. TekniZorb® wipers are manufactured in ISO-certified facilities and are lot traceable, supporting GMP documentation requirements for pharmaceutical, medical device, and compounding pharmacy cleanrooms operating under USP <797>, USP <800>, or FDA 21 CFR Part 211 requirements.
