The Teknipure TC3MFB1-99 MicroClean™ Pro is a dry, non-sterile laundered polyester/nylon microfiber cleanroom wiper with an ultrasonic-sealed border in the standard 9"x9" format, rated for ISO Class 2–7 environments. Constructed from a 190g/m² polyester/nylon microfiber blend, laundered and packaged in a Class 10 (ISO Class 4) environment, the TC3MFB1-99 combines split-filament microfiber cleaning performance with the Pro line’s sealed border — a wider perimeter seal than a standard sealed edge that provides lower fiber release at the wiper margins. The sealed border extends the fused zone further inward from the edge than a standard sealed edge, providing lower fiber release during aggressive wiping of optical surfaces, precision components, and sensitive equipment. At 2,000 wipers per case (100/bag, 2 bags/pack, 10 packs/case), it delivers strong economy for high-volume precision cleaning operations.
