The Desco 60509 Ionizer Motion Sensor automatically activates a compatible benchtop ionizer when an operator is present at a workstation and deactivates it when the workstation is vacant. This reduces energy consumption, extends emitter pin service life, and eliminates the need to manually switch ionizers on and off between production runs. The sensor uses a unique infrared light and filter system to prevent interference from other light sources, with adjustable sensitivity and time delay settings.
