HOW IT WORKS
The charge plate system works with the EFM51 static field meter to test ionizer performance:
1. Charge the Plate: High voltage generator charges the plate to ±1200V
2. Activate Ionizer: Turn on the ionizer being tested
3. Measure Decay: EFM51 meter measures how quickly the ionizer neutralizes the charge
4. Evaluate Performance: Compare decay time to specifications (typically <5 seconds to <±50V)
