Lean Communication Boards are used to facilitate communication between management and shop floor employees, as well as between different shifts and departments. These visual display boards can be used to track key performance indicator trends, inform employees of scheduling assignments, and to post notices of upcoming events. The lean boards are made standard with 4 self-adhesive document holders and the ability to display dry erase panels (sold separately).
