The Teknipure TZ199S TekniZorb® is a gamma-irradiated sterile polyester/cellulose nonwoven cleanroom wiper in the standard 9"x9" format, rated for ISO Class 5–8 environments. The polyester/cellulose (polycell) nonwoven construction combines the low-lint, low-particle characteristics of polyester with the high absorbency of cellulose — making TekniZorb® the preferred choice for spill control, pre-cleaning before disinfectant application, and disinfectant residue removal where high liquid absorption per wipe is required. Gamma-irradiated to SAL 10⁻⁶ per AAMI guidelines. Low levels of particles, fibers, NVR (non-volatile residue), and ions. Lot traceable, manufactured in ISO-certified facilities, meeting GMP, USP <797>, and USP <800> requirements. 3-year shelf life from date of manufacture.
