The Teknipure TS2PMDUI70Z-99 is a presaturated microdenier polyester knit cleanroom wiper, 9" x 9", presaturated with 70% USP-grade IPA / 30% DI water (0.2 μm filtered), with a sealed edge construction, packaged in ESD static shield resealable zipper pouches, rated for ISO Class 3–7 environments. Microdenier polyester knit uses ultra-fine filaments finer than standard polyester knit — increasing the number of fiber contact points per unit area for superior particle capture, streak-free cleaning, and gentler contact with scratch-sensitive surfaces including lenses, sensors, optics, and precision components. The sealed edge minimizes particle and fiber release from wiper edges. ESD static shield resealable zipper pouch packaging provides dual function: ESD protection for use in ESD-sensitive semiconductor and electronics environments, and a resealable zipper closure that preserves IPA saturation level between uses. 0.2 μm filtered IPA provides additional contamination control.
