The Teknipure TZ112S-25 TekniZorb® is a gamma-irradiated sterile polyester/cellulose nonwoven cleanroom wiper in the 12"x12" format, rated for ISO Class 5–8 environments. The polyester/cellulose (polycell) nonwoven construction combines the low-lint, low-particle characteristics of polyester with the high absorbency of cellulose — making TekniZorb® the preferred choice for spill control, pre-cleaning before disinfectant application, and disinfectant residue removal where high liquid absorption per wipe is required. The 12"x12" format provides greater surface coverage per wipe than the 9"x9" (TZ199S), making it more efficient for larger equipment surfaces, workstation benches, and pass-through chamber wipedowns in sterile environments. The "-25" designates 25 wipers per inner bag. Gamma-irradiated to SAL 10⁻⁶ per AAMI guidelines. Low levels of particles, fibers, NVR, and ions. Lot traceable, GMP compliant, USP <797> and USP <800> compliant. 3-year shelf life.
