The Teknipure TKS572MDF is a single-end medium head microdenier over foam cleanroom swab with a 6.417" (16.30 cm) long handle, constructed from 100% microdenier polyester knit over a 100 ppi polyurethane foam core with a 100% polypropylene handle, rated for ISO Class 5–8 environments. The microdenier over foam hybrid construction combines the ultra-low NVR, softness, and particle-capturing capability of microdenier polyester knit at the tip surface with the extra absorbency and surface conformability of the foam core underneath. The medium head tip provides a larger contact surface than the rectangular TKS571MDF for greater surface coverage and liquid absorption per swipe; the 6.417" long handle — the longest in the TekniSwab® MDF line — provides maximum reach into deep equipment cavities, process chambers, and tool interiors where shorter swabs cannot reach without risking hand contamination. Laundered to minimize NVR and ions. Thermally bonded — no adhesives, silicone, or amides. Packaged in silicone-free bags. Lot and bar-coded for traceability. 5-year shelf life stored at ambient conditions (59–86°F / 15–30°C).
