The Teknipure TKS529F is a single-end medium head foam cleanroom swab with a 6.417" (16.30 cm) long handle, constructed from 100 ppi polyurethane foam with a 100% polypropylene handle, rated for ISO Class 5–8 environments. The medium head tip provides a larger contact surface than the rectangular TKS526F for greater liquid absorption, solvent application coverage, and surface wiping efficiency on larger flat surfaces. The 6.417" long handle — the longest in the TekniSwab® foam line — provides maximum reach into deep equipment cavities, process chambers, tool interiors, and hard-to-access areas where shorter swabs cannot reach without risking hand contamination of the work area. Foam tip is thermally bonded — no adhesives, silicone, or amides. Laundered to minimize NVR, ions, and particulate contamination. Packaged in silicone-free bags. Lot and bar-coded for traceability. 5-year shelf life stored at ambient conditions (59–86°F / 15–30°C).
