The Teknipure TKS526F is a single-end rectangular head foam cleanroom swab with a 5.020" (12.75 cm) overall length, constructed from 100 ppi polyurethane foam with a 100% polypropylene handle, rated for ISO Class 5–8 environments. The rectangular tip geometry provides maximum flat surface contact for wiping, solvent application and removal, surface preparation, and cleaning of flat surfaces, grooves, and slots where a pointed tip would make insufficient contact. The longer 5.020" handle provides reach into recessed areas, equipment cavities, and tight spaces that shorter swabs cannot access. Foam tip is thermally bonded — no adhesives, silicone, or amides. Laundered using Teknipure’s proprietary cleaning system to minimize NVR, ions, and particulate contamination. Packaged in silicone-free bags. Lot and bar-coded for traceability. 5-year shelf life stored at ambient conditions (59–86°F / 15–30°C).
