The Teknipure TKS511E is the ESD-safe version of the medium head woven microfiber long-handle cleanroom swab, with a 6.417" (16.30 cm) overall length, constructed from double-layer woven polyester/nylon microfiber with a Stat-Rite® electrostatic dissipative (ESD) handle, rated for ISO Class 5–8 environments. This swab delivers the triple combination most demanding in ESD-sensitive optical and precision cleaning: the split-filament mechanical cleaning action of woven microfiber that physically lifts and traps particles, oils, and fingerprints; the maximum reach of the 6.417" long handle for deep equipment cavities and process chambers; and the permanent inherent ESD dissipation of the Stat-Rite® handle. Stat-Rite® uses inherently dissipative polymers built into the handle material — not a surface coating — providing permanent ESD performance that does not degrade with use or solvent exposure. Thermally bonded — no adhesives, silicone, or amides. Lot and bar-coded for traceability. 5-year shelf life stored at ambient conditions (59–86°F / 15–30°C).
