The Teknipure TKS503E is the ESD-safe version of the pointed spiral foam dual-end cleanroom swab, with a 2.626" (6.67 cm) overall length, constructed from 100 ppi polyurethane foam tips with a Stat-Rite® electrostatic dissipative (ESD) handle, rated for ISO Class 5–8 environments. The Stat-Rite® handle is made from a proprietary blend of inherently dissipative polymers based on polypropylene — ESD properties are built into the material itself, not applied as a coating, so dissipative performance is permanent and does not degrade with use or cleaning. The pointed spiral tip geometry provides access to tight spaces, connector cavities, pin fields, and intersecting surfaces in ESD-sensitive environments. Both ends are tipped for two clean surfaces per swab. Foam tips are thermally bonded — no adhesives, silicone, or amides. Laundered to minimize NVR and ions. Lot and bar-coded for traceability. 5-year shelf life stored at ambient conditions (59–86°F / 15–30°C).
