The Teknipure TKM815 TekniMop™ is a lightweight carbon fiber flat mop frame designed for cleaning and decontamination of walls, ceilings, floors, and other large surfaces in critical cleanroom environments. Compatible with ISO Class 5–8 cleanrooms and GMP-compliant cleaning protocols, the TKM815 is 2–3x lighter than traditional stainless steel cleanroom mop systems, reducing operator fatigue during extended cleaning sessions. The non-shedding, non-porous, non-corrosive carbon fiber construction provides no microbial harbor sites and is easy to clean and decontaminate with standard cleanroom disinfectants. Dual position-locking swivels enable manual positioning for vertical, horizontal, and overhead surface cleaning. Compatible with TekniMop™ mop covers with integrated pads — no separate mop pad required.

The TKM815 is compatible with TekniMop™ mop covers in the 8"x15" format, including the TM-MD815 (microdenier knit, elastic edge, integrated pad), TM-PFM-815 (microfiber knit, pocket-style, integrated foam pad), and TM-RMC815MD (microdenier knit, elastic edge, separate foam pad). No separate mop pad is required when using covers with integrated pads.
