The Teknipure TC2PMDU1-99 is a dry, non-sterile cleanroom wiper constructed from microdenier polyester knit with a sealed edge in the standard 9"x9" format, rated for ISO Class 3–8 environments. Microdenier polyester uses ultra-fine filaments — significantly finer than standard polyester knit — that produce a softer, denser fabric surface with superior particle pick-up and dramatically reduced risk of scratching sensitive surfaces during wiping. This makes the TC2PMDU1-99 the correct choice for cleaning lenses, optical coatings, sensors, display glass, polished metal surfaces, and other scratch-sensitive components where a standard polyester wiper would risk surface damage. The finer filament structure also improves removal of fingerprints, oils, and submicron particles from precision surfaces. Sealed edge for low fiber release. 5-year shelf life from date of manufacture.
