Teknipure's TekniClean® TC2P12S sterile dry polyester knit cleanroom wipers feature sealed edges and are gamma-irradiated to a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶ per AAMI guidelines. Engineered from 100% polyester knit material, these low-lint, low-shedding dry wipes provide excellent particle pick-up and surface cleaning without introducing contamination. Lot traceable and manufactured in ISO-certified facilities for full compliance documentation.

With sealed edges, these sterile polyester cleanroom dry wipers minimize fiber release, making them ideal for use in ISO Class 2–7 cleanrooms, including aseptic processing areas, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and medical device assembly.
