High-performance toughened acrylic adhesive for bonding low surface energy plastics without primer or surface treatment. Permabond® TA4610 is a 2-part, 1:1 ratio structural acrylic adhesive engineered to bond difficult-to-adhere plastics including polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE) with no surface preparation required. Ideal for bonding dissimilar materials, metals, composites, and thermoplastics in manufacturing, assembly, and repair applications.

DISPENSING & APPLICATION
TA4610 is supplied in dual 400ml cartridges with a 1:1 mix ratio. Use with a standard dual-cartridge dispensing gun. Each cartridge includes a static mixer nozzle that automatically mixes the two components as they are dispensed. Apply to clean, dry surfaces for best results (no primer required for PP/PE).
