ACL Staticide 6300, Staticide ESD Safety Shield

The ACL Staticide 6300 ESD Safety Shield is an inherently dissipative coating made from a proprietary blend of conducting polymers (PEDOT formulation), providing reliable static dissipation regardless of ambient humidity. Unlike surfactant-based coatings, it won't wear off or lose resistivity over time. Water-based, low-VOC, and RoHS compliant — meets ANSI/ESD S20.20.

Sold individually by size: 4oz, Quart, 1 Gallon, or 5-Gallon Pail.

Frequently Asked Questions

What makes the 6300 different from surfactant-based ESD coatings?
The PEDOT polymer formulation is inherently dissipative — it doesn't rely on humidity to work and won't wash off or degrade like surfactant topicals.

What surfaces can it be applied to?
It adheres to a variety of plastics without chipping or peeling. Common uses include electronic packaging, conveyor parts, and objects in electronic assembly work areas.

How is it applied?
It can be sprayed, flow coated, dipped, or applied with a foam brush. It's a one-part water-based system — no mixing required.

Does it meet ESD standards?
Yes — it meets ANSI/ESD S20.20 for static dissipation and is RoHS compliant.
