The Purus EnviroTack PS 2645 38 B is a 26" x 45" blue cleanroom sticky mat with 30 peel-away adhesive layers designed to capture and contain dirt, dust, and particulate from foot traffic and wheeled equipment at controlled environment entryways. The 26x45 size bridges the gap between standard 24-inch and 36-inch width mats, making it a practical choice for slightly wider doorways or entryways where a 24-inch mat leaves gaps at the edges. Each layer is made from low-density polyethylene film with a full acrylic adhesive coating, and a numbered tab system allows single-layer removal. Made with Purus's plant-based Cardia BioHybrid material and recyclable in conventional plastic streams.

The 26" x 45" size is a good fit for entryways that are slightly wider than a standard 24-inch mat but don’t require the full 36-inch width. It’s also useful when the 45-inch length is needed to ensure personnel take multiple steps on the adhesive surface before entering the controlled area. If your doorway measures 26–30 inches wide, this size provides better edge-to-edge coverage than a 24-inch mat.
Is this a regular-tack or high-tack mat?
The PS 2645 38 B is a regular-tack mat with a peel adhesion of 6.5 oz / 190 g/25mm, suitable for most standard cleanroom and controlled environment applications. If your facility uses heavy wheeled carts or requires more aggressive particle capture, a high-tack version may be more appropriate.
How do I know when to peel a layer?
Peel when the top layer is visibly soiled, or on a scheduled interval per your contamination control SOP. The numbered tab on the mat edge shows how many of the 30 layers remain so you can plan reorders before running out.
