Teknipure TC1PU1-12B TekniClean Polyester Knit Wiper, Standard Weight, 12 in X 12 in, Case of 1000
Teknipure TC1PU1-12B TekniClean® Polyester Knit Wiper, Standard Weight, Sealed Edge, 12 in x 12 in, Case of 1,000
The Teknipure TC1PU1-12B TekniClean® is a dry, non-sterile 100% polyester knit cleanroom wiper with an ultrasonic-sealed edge in the 12"x12" format, standard weight (TC1 construction), bulk-packed, rated for ISO Class 2–7 environments. The TC1 standard weight construction is lighter than the TC2 double-knit series — providing a more economical option for high-volume general cleanroom wiping where the heavier TC2 construction is not required. Low Endotoxin grade: each production lot is tested by LAL assay to an endotoxin level of ≤0.25 EU/mL, making this wiper suitable for pharmaceutical and biotech applications where endotoxin control is a specification requirement. Bulk-packed (500 wipers/bag) for high-volume dispensing. ISO Class 2–7 rated.
Sold in cases of 1,000 wipers (500 wipers/bag, 2 bags/case).

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between TC1 standard weight and TC2 double-knit construction?
The TC1 standard weight uses a lighter single-layer polyester knit construction, making it more economical for high-volume general cleanroom wiping where the heavier TC2 double-knit interlock construction is not required. The TC2 (TC2PU1, TC2PL1 series) provides greater durability, absorbency, and particle pick-up for more demanding cleaning tasks. Choose TC1 for routine surface wiping at high volume; choose TC2 when durability and absorbency are priorities.
What does "Low Endotoxin" mean and why does it matter?
Endotoxins are lipopolysaccharides shed from gram-negative bacteria cell walls that can cause pyrogenic reactions in pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Low Endotoxin wipers are tested by the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) assay on a lot-by-lot basis to confirm endotoxin levels at or below ≤0.25 EU/mL. This makes the TC1PU1-12B suitable for pharmaceutical and biotech cleanrooms where endotoxin control is a specification requirement — particularly in aseptic processing, injectable drug manufacturing, and medical device assembly.
What does the "B" in TC1PU1-12B mean?
The "B" designates bulk packaging — 500 wipers per bag, 2 bags per case (1,000/case). Bulk packaging is designed for high-volume dispensing operations where wipers are loaded into dispenser systems or used at high rates, and where individual small-bag packaging would create unnecessary waste and handling overhead.
Is the TC1PU1-12B available in a 9"x9" size?
