The Teknipure TC2PU1-24 TekniClean® is a dry, non-sterile 100% polyester knit cleanroom wiper with an ultrasonic-sealed edge in the jumbo 24"x24" format, rated for ISO Class 2–7 environments. The 24"x24" format is designed for large-surface cleaning tasks where standard 9"x9" or 12"x12" wipers would require multiple passes — including large equipment exteriors, cleanroom wall and ceiling wipedowns, tool covers, pass-through chamber surfaces, and floor wiping in controlled environments. The TC2 double-knit polyester construction provides durability and absorbency for demanding large-area cleaning tasks. Sealed edge minimizes fiber release. 5-year shelf life from date of manufacture.
Sold in cases of 150 wipers (25 wipers/bag, 6 bags/case).

What tasks is the 24"x24" wiper designed for that a 12"x12" cannot handle as efficiently?
The 24"x24" format covers four times the surface area of a 12"x12" wiper per pass, making it significantly more efficient for large flat surfaces — cleanroom wall and ceiling panels, large equipment exteriors (autoclaves, freeze dryers, filling lines), pass-through chamber interiors, and floor wiping in controlled environments where a mop system is not appropriate. For component-level cleaning and bench work, the 9"x9" and 12"x12" formats remain the standard choice. The 24"x24" is a specialized format for facilities with large-surface cleaning requirements in their validated cleaning procedures.
Can the TC2PU1-24 be used with IPA or other solvents?
Yes — the 100% polyester knit construction has excellent chemical compatibility with IPA, disinfectants, solvents, lubricants, and adhesives. For large-surface IPA application, wet the wiper with your facility’s validated IPA concentration at the point of use. A presaturated 24"x24" format is not currently available in the TekniClean® line — contact MTE Solutions if a presaturated large-format wiper is required for your application.
