The Teknipure TS2PUI09R-99 TekniClean® Presat Refill is a presaturated 100% polyester knit cleanroom wiper with a sealed edge in the standard 9"x9" format, pre-wetted with 9% isopropyl alcohol / 91% deionized water, packaged in flat resealable bags for use with TekniClean® dispenser systems or as a high-count flat-bag format, rated for ISO Class 2–7 environments. The 9% IPA formulation is used in pharmaceutical and biotech cleanrooms as a follow-up wipe after sporicidal disinfectant application — removing sporicidal residue (VHP, chlorine dioxide, peracetic acid-based agents) from surfaces without reintroducing a high solvent load — and in validated multi-step disinfection sequences where a low-concentration alcohol wipe step is specified. IPA is 0.2μm filtered. Store at 59°F–86°F (15°C–30°C).
