The Teknipure TS3MBWI70S-99 is a presaturated polyester/nylon microfiber woven cleanroom wiper from the MicroClean™ Pro line, 9" x 9", presaturated with 70% USP-grade IPA / 30% DI water (0.2 μm filtered), with a sealed border construction, packaged in ESD static shield resealable bags, rated for ISO Class 2–7 environments. The polyester/nylon microfiber woven construction provides superior particle pickup, streak-free cleaning, and excellent absorbency compared to standard polyester knit wipers — the finer microfiber filaments increase surface contact area and improve capture of sub-micron particles and oily residues from sensitive surfaces including lenses, sensors, optics, and precision components. The sealed border minimizes fiber release from wiper edges. ESD static shield resealable bag packaging protects wipers from electrostatic discharge during storage and dispensing in ESD-sensitive semiconductor and electronics environments, and the resealable zipper preserves IPA saturation level between uses. 0.2 μm filtered IPA provides additional contamination control. 3-year shelf life from date of manufacture. 100 wipers/bag, 5 bags/case = 500 wipers/case.
