MG Chemicals 8349TFM-45ML, Thermal Adhesive 45ML 2 Jar Kit, Case of 6

This thermal adhesive is a 2-part 1-1 epoxy system. It is a smooth, dark, off-grey paste that cures to form a hard, durable polymer that is thermally conductive, yet electrically insulating. It meets UL 94V-0 Standard as flame retardant. It bonds well to metals, ceramics, glass, and most plastics used in electronic assemblies.

• Cure time: 16 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes at 65 °C (149 °F)
