The R-7145 Lazer Line® medium tapered optimum flush cutter has been factory reconditioned and has a cutting capacity of .001" - .045" soft wire. It is made of carbon tool steel with induction hardened cutting blades to RHC 63-65. The finish on the tool is black oxide.
