The C7145X laser flush cutters are made from the highest grade AISI 52/100 carbon steel with tungsten carbide inserts. The bevel is 0.0013" +/-0.0006". The extremely hard cutting edge (79-81 Rockwell "C") is excellent for cutting most types of medical and hard wires.
