The 907-IC 6.5" shear cutter and former, this tool will cut and form up to 8 I.C. leads. Leads are cut and formed out or in for surface mounting of standard D.I.P/IC. It features soft cushioned ergonomic Anti-Static grips (10¹⁰ ohms/sq surface resistivity) with dual leaf springs for smooth action.
