MTE hasn't responded to my attempts to return the product

Everything with the product is fine. It is exactly what it's supposed to be. It turned out to not be what I needed for my work. That is on me for not reading the product description closely enough. However, I have since emailed MTE and contacted them via the website chat feature (which promises a response even if you have to leave given that you provide your contact information, which I did), and no one has responded to me. I planned on calling on my next day off, but this review request came first. I want to return the product because I cannot use it. But I don't know how to do that in a way the company will accept if no one from the MTE will talk to me.
