Berkshire EcoClean® 60 (ECW60.0909.20) is a 100% biodegradable nonwoven cotton cleanroom wiper engineered for ISO Class 5 through ISO Class 8 controlled environments. Manufactured from 100% cotton fibers using a proprietary process, EcoClean® delivers low fiber release, high strength, and low ionic traces — unlike traditional cotton twill. The flat sheet format makes it ideal for cleaning high-temperature production equipment, surfaces, and precision components in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, biomedical device, and microelectronics manufacturing where sustainability and cleanliness are both priorities. This case contains 20 packs of 300 sheets (6,000 total sheets) in a 9″ x 9″ format.
