PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Chemtronics Coventry Poly Double-Onyx™ (6259BESD2) is a premium 2nd-generation black no-run monofilament polyester knit ESD cleanroom wiper engineered for ISO Class 5-6 (Class 100-1000) controlled environments. Conductive carbon filaments are knitted into both sides of the wiper at double density compared to standard ESD wipes, providing maximum continuity to ground in the 10⁷–10⁹ ohm range for ANSI/ESD S20.20 compliance. The laser-sealed edge eliminates loose fiber contamination, while the monofilament “no-run” construction ensures no fiber release during use. The distinctive black color makes these wipes uniquely valuable as inspection wipes for detecting light-colored soils and dust. Excellent solvent and acid resistance with low ionic, nonvolatile residue and particle contamination. Each case contains 10 bags of 150 wipes (1,500 total wipes).
