JBC Tools CS2R245-B, Cartridge Stand for R245
CSR245 Cartridge Exchanger is designed to be used in combination with TRA245 Soldering Unit.
Its mechanism works with compressed air to fix and release the cartridges automatically.
In order to facilitate the automatic cartridge fixation and release, the position of the stand can be adjusted by pivoting up to 35° in both directions and can therefore be optimally adapted to the working position.
It can be combined with UCR245 Control Unit and R245 Cartridge Range.

Gripper actuators: The two gripper actuators work as a cartridge magazine providing the robot with the ability of using different tip geometries or automatically changing the cartridge when the one being used wears out.
Poka-yoke holder: It allows placing the cartridges in a unique position on the holder to ensure tip position repeatability during soldering process.
Tilt adjustment: The cleaning unit allows 70° tilt adjustment to facilitate tip cleaning with Cartesian and SCARA robots.
