The Berkshire Choice SatPax® 600 -R combines the Choice 600 nonwoven substrate — a thermally bonded blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester with no chemical binders — with the standard 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA) / 30% deionized (DI) water saturation solution at a 57% saturation level. The Choice 600 substrate has higher polyester content than the Choice 500 (45% vs. 40%), producing lower lint generation — making the Choice SatPax 600 the appropriate presaturated specification when lint control is the primary requirement in an ISO Class 5–8 environment. The 70/30 IPA/DI water ratio is the standard cleanroom disinfection concentration, effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, fungi, and non-enveloped viruses. At 57% saturation, this is a drier wipe than the SPXCHN600112 (45% IPA), delivering less fluid per pass while maintaining full 70% IPA disinfection efficacy.
