ACL Staticide Dualmat II Static Dissipative Tray Liners
ACL Staticide Dualmat II Tray Liners are pre-cut ESD tray liners made from the same 2-ply chemically cross-linked rubber material as the full Dualmat roll series. The top layer is inherently static dissipative (10⁶–10⁸ Ω); the bottom layer is conductive (<5×10⁵ Ω) for reliable grounding contact with the tray. The material will not exudate, outgas, or lose its electrical properties over the lifetime of the mat. Embossed surface reduces parts slippage and light glare. Resistant to solder flux, heat, and most common solvents. No vinyl monomers or DOP — fully REACH compliant. Made in USA.
