Both are 10-inch non-sterile Roll-O-Matic® refills with identical Advanced Technology foam. The 4110R / 118770 uses a galvanized steel channel and the 119658 uses a stainless steel channel. Stainless steel is required in pharmaceutical, biotech, and high-purity semiconductor environments where galvanized metal is not permitted due to corrosion risk from aggressive disinfectants or frequent autoclaving. If your facility SOP or validation allows galvanized components, the 4110R is the more cost-effective option.
