Botron's Type-DP Diamond Plate Rubber Mats are designed to reduce strain from standing on hard surfaces. These slip and soil resistant floor mats are 1/8” thick and available with a 9/16″ foam anti-fatigue backing. The Conductive top layer provides excellent electricals and is highly durable, making these a excellent choice for high traffic work stations.
It’s important to consider your choice of flooring in combination with your footwear. Together, it is recommended charge build up while moving about remain under 100V on the operator. Botron’s conductive matting works great with many different types of ESD footwear. Botron’s Diamond Plate Conductive Mat provides an exceptional path to ground and the unique diamond shaped patterns help to reduce operator fatigue while working on their feet.
Diamond plating is a popular style not only for the look but for the usefulness in it’s design. It’s added traction, slip resistance and uncanny ability to keep fallen parts from disappearing under workstations make it a top choice.
A highly conductive top layer provides an excellent path to ground. With a volumetric resistance below 1M Ohm, the conductive rubber surface creates an excellent bond with the operator, rapidly discharging static build up to ground.
Operator comfort is important and the Diamond Plate absorbs impact, ensuring those that stand and operate on their feet don’t suffer from soreness in the back, knees, lower legs and feet.
Vibrations from machines and heavy equipment can travel through the floor, the foam backing isolates the operator from these vibrations that can travel up into the feet and legs.
