Teknipure has just redesigned their entire line of TekniSwab Cleanroom Swabs which are available to you now.
Teknipure’s Cleanroom Swabs, TekniSwabs™, are made in Cleanroom conditions using high-precision processes for the most consistent quality and dimensions. All swab head materials are thermally bonded to exclude the risk of adhesive contamination and offer ultra-low levels of particles, Non-Volatile Residue (NVR) and ions. The 100% polypropylene blue handle has excellent chemical compatibility and “Teknipure” logo embossed on each handle. All swabs are packaged in silicone-free bags and are Lot- and Bar-coded for traceability.
Cleanroom Foam Swabs
Teknipure’s Foam Cleanroom Swabs are made in cleanroom conditions from high-grade, ultra-clean 100 ppi polyurethane foam with a thermal bond construction. Teknipure’s foam swabs are laundered using a proprietary cleaning system for additional contamination control and to minimize non-volatile residues (NVRs), ions, and other potential contaminants.

Teknipure’s Microdenier over Foam Cleanroom Swabs are made in cleanroom conditions from an ultra-clean 100% microdenier polyester knit material over a high-grade 100 ppi polyurethane foam laundered using a proprietary cleaning system to minimize nonvolatile residues (NVRs), ions, and other potential contaminants.
