Excellent high thermal conductivity. White paste. Has UL flammability rating of V-1 using the UL 94 test. Has outstanding adhesion and electrical properties. Resistant to heat, cold, moisture, UV, ozone and chemicals. When cured, retains elastomeric properties throughout the operating temparature range of -55C to 200C (-67F to 392F). Use for bonding components and devices to heat sinks as well as in other bonding applications where flexibility, thermal conductivity, and flame retardance are of concern. Requires no primer.
