TekniClean polyester knit wipes are made with a high strength continuous filament polyester yarn in a double knit, no run interlock pattern. These cleanroom wipers are packed in a static shielding bag and eliminate "hot plastic" packaging and processed to minimize the resulting tribo-charge on insulate polyester knit wipes in ESD sensitive environments. The bag has an easy to use zip lock seal to maintain cleanliness. This family of wipers is available dry, or pre-saturated with ultra pure IPA and 18 Mohm De-Ionized Water. A proprietary process using pressure and heat is used to create a 5mm border seal for fiber and particle retention. Knitting, pre-washing, cutting, washing and packaging are all done in house for optimum control and cleanliness. The wipe is ultra clean and highly sorbent making it ideal for wiping critical surfaces in sensitive electronics, defense and aerospace manufacturing areas. All TekniClean wipes utilize Statistical Process Control in manufacturing and are lot traceable from raw material to finished product.
